Returns

At Earthly Embers Company, we strive for your complete satisfaction. We understand that scent preferences are subjective, and while we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate returns and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.

Returns:

  • We accept returns for unburned candles within 14 days of purchase.
  • A flat rate return shipping fee of $6.00 will be applied.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • All items are eligible for return; we do not have final sale items.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@earthlyembersco.com.

Scent Exchanges:

  • If you are not satisfied with the scent of your purchased candle, please contact us at support@earthlyembersco.com to initiate an exchange.
  • Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for returning the original, unburned candle.
  • Once we receive the returned candle, we will ship your replacement.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Exchanges are limited to one per original purchase.

Damaged Candles:

  • If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@earthlyembersco.com with photos of the damaged candle and packaging.
  • We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Other Exchanges:

  • For any other exchange requests (e.g., if you ordered the wrong candle), please contact us at returns@earthlyembersco.com.
  • We will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds on any of our products.
